Our Email hosting service allows for complete control over your email settings. With several different possible configurations we're sure we'll have an option to suit your needs.

As standard every package includes:

• Unlimited POP3 mailboxes and forwarders

• Unlimited auto responders which can be used as out of office holiday messages or auto replies for automated form submissions

• A web based personal control panel which you use to create, modify, or delete unlimited POP3 mailboxes.

• Access to webmail which allows users to access their mailboxes from any web browser. You can check your new messages from hotels, internet cafes, airports ensuring you always stay in touch wherever you are in the world.

• Each mailbox you create automatically has a maximum size of 20MB or 500 individual messages

For those who need more features and flexibility in their email service there is also:

• Email Virus Scanning. Our EVS service protects all messages sent to any mailbox or forwarder on your domain.
  
  Working at the border of our network the system deletes any infected messages from the incoming mail queue and replaces them with a notice informing you of what action was taken. The replacement message also advises you of the sender and subject of the email so that you can contact the sender if they are known to you.
  
  This ensures that every email sent to you has already been scanned for viruses by our state of the art antivirus system which is updated daily.

• Spam Filtering allows you to filter out unwanted or unsolicited emails from your inbox.

  We offer the industry's most advanced spam filtering solution, shown to catch up to 99% of unwanted email. Used by various Enterprise organizations worldwide, as well as the US Military, our Spam Filtering product is the best way to keep your mailbox free from junk mail.

  Once you have installed Spam Filtering, you can elect to have such emails highlighted as spam in your inbox or deleted.
  
  Spam filtering is applied and set individually for each mailbox.
  

• SMS Alerts. You can setup any of your mailboxes or forwarders to alert you via an SMS message when new mail is waiting. There are 2 levels of control for SMS alerts.
  
  The basic service sends you an alert each time a message arrives in your mailbox or forwarder.
  
  The advanced SMS alert service allows you to specify certain rules that dictate when an SMS alert is sent to your mobile, for example if the from address is from a certain person
  
  All SMS messages sent are charged at 25p each, which will appear on your mobile phone bill.
